The firm also represents insurance companies, self-insured entities and their insureds in defense of a broad spectrum of claims. These include several national insurers, as well as regionally-based insurers, risk management companies and governmental entities. By representing a cross section of people and companies both making claims and defending against claims, The Drake Law Firm is able to provide advice based upon a broad and varied base of experience and knowledge. The usual goal of both sides is to resolve the problem, claim or lawsuit as quickly and as inexpensively as possible. We believe that our experience representing both ‘sides’ of claims helps us to understand the needs of both sides to a claim or lawsuit, so that the best possible advice can be given. We also recognize that resolution through agreement is not always possible. When litigation to a conclusion is required, we are well-qualified to achieve good results at trial. We have extensive trial experience and are not afraid to seek resolution of a case through trial when necessary.
