Kale Guldseth
Kale Guldseth, born and raised in Butte, MT (or Butte, America as many know it) is an even-keeled, natural leader. “Never too high, never too low” is his motto. That attitude allows him to remain present in challenging, stressful situations. Kale is calm in the face of adversity. Throughout his college basketball career, Kale established a culture of leaving things better than he found them. That leadership and teamwork becomes essential when representing his clients, providing him the ability to navigate with a tactical strategy that will get the best outcome. Kale has a strong background in legal research and writing. His time in two federal clerkships gave him a macro view of what a case looks like and the opportunity to learn from others’ wins and losses. Throughout college, Kale was not only a high achieving athlete, but he was also active in the community, developing his interpersonal skills, learning how to connect with people, identifying what they need and expect, then delivering. Not shying from responsibility, rather using it as a superpower to get the work done.
When asked what Kale loves most in life, his response, without thought was, “my fiance, my family, the Orediggers, and Notre Dame…in that order.” Family and community close to his heart make him an enjoyable teammate. His dedication to those around him makes him an unrivaled attorney.
