With 50 years of collective law experience, the largest area of our practice has been defending individuals, taxpayer funded bodies, and others from lawsuits. Many times, but not always, those defenses are paid for by an insurance company.
While defending lawsuits is challenging, we find it interesting and motivating. We have cultivated the skills and knowledge necessary to vigorously mount successful defenses for our clients while at the same time making the process less painful with increased odds of success.
We have long and varied experience when it comes to meeting the needs of both the client and the insurer paying for the client's defense. Our primary goal is to achieve the favorable and cost-effective result needed to end the financial and emotional toll a lawsuit can take on those involved.
We don't believe in the advertisement of aggression, so we don't appear in suits of armor or wearing boxing gloves. We find there is more than enough of that advertising nonsense in the lawyer world. Empty lawyer aggression rarely achieves any useful result for a client. Our goal is fundamentally different. We strive to achieve a winning result for our client without wasting resources on hostile, expensive, and time-consuming posturing.
Unfortunately, we can't control whether the other side prefers endless lawsuit clashes to resolution. Because of this, we diligently and thoughtfully prepare each case as though it will go to trial. If required, we have ample trial experience to guide us to a favorable outcome. With successful trials ranging from wrongful death, products liability, automobile injuries, employment cases, and more, we have the experience needed to try your case.
